Big room and parking nearby is great

They are WAY TOO STRICT on silence. We were shushed several times during our stay. Moreover, me and my friend were sitting outside having a chat at 6pm and we were told to keep quiet outside of silent hours. Unless you plan on barely talking, the extreme silence they demand is certainly a deal breaker for me.

Last 2 days it was a lot of noise coming from the ner by room I guess couple do what they like best on a holiday But didn't get a very good sleep on the last night I hope you know what I mean

Pretty good location, spacious apartment, staff/family live there I think and when my friend had a slight medical issue (ring got stuck on her finger), they were very helpful and despite not speaking the best English (the main woman does) they helped her majorly and saved us a trip to a&e

No one really mentioned it in any of the reviews but the first day we were getting shushed quite a lot. To the point, that we had been there maybe 40 mins (so in the middle of the afternoon) and they made ‘sshhh’ noises; bear in mind we were not being excessively loud, and the shushing happened another 2/3 times that night. There’s quite a lot of signs saying to be quiet always, despite online saying that quiet hours are between 22-10. Just something that people should be aware of, because if quietness is something that was taken that seriously, then we wouldn’t have stayed there. Also, the transfers are very very expensive, you can order/book taxis on the booking.com app, which are much cheaper than what we ended up paying to the owners. (€40 cash from airport to accommodation, then €80 cash from accommodation to the port for 4 people)

Dirty room, Nothing good, deplorable conditions and staff was trying to avoid helping us each time we needed something.

Dirty room, feel mattress springs when sleep on back or on stomach, horrible sunken- in hurts the back when you lie down, , mattress has many stains on it , staff refused to change towels for 4 days because we slept in late past 10 am, staff refuses to clan room unless we vacate it before 10 am daily, you hear all noises in corridor and other rooms and outside, shower gel bottle was refilled and diluted with water, bad wifi, room has no cover besides 1 bed sheet, sketchy place (like a hore house) , hear noises all night, staff cleans very loud each morning outside, I reported the place to Booking.com, they don't speak English when we're contacted by customer service, cleaning lady Elisabeth didn't let me speak to any manager when I had an issue, table on balcony was always dirty the entire 5 days stay even if was on ground level and could be reached by cleaning lady, she didn't clean anything on the balcony.

It is situated in the Karterados village which is within easy walk to Fira town. The village has some great food spots which are reasonably priced compared to the Fira town. There is also a bus stop very near-by on the main road for example getting to the Athinios port. Big super market is also right next to the bus stop. It's very basic with a small balcony, fridge, fresh towels and soap/shampoo. You have everything you need in hand for a short one night lay-over when waiting the flights/ferries. They also provide a luggage storage which is very handy and convenient.

The room was a little bit dark to my liking. There's also no chance to use a toilet in a reception/luggage storage.
