Cozy All-in-One Ocean View Apartment

The telephone number was non-existent that was reflecting on the email. We were told to check in at 15:00 and we arrived after 15:00 and still no access code. We had a long drive from Johannesburg and had to wait for the code to be sent through and battling to get someone to assist us. Totally unacceptable!! The apartment was full of cockroaches in the kitchen even in the fridge and on the lounge suite and in the bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting!! The bath plug does not work and needs to be replaced. Not sure when we requested to access the apartment early why this was not possible as it does not look like much cleaning was going on. The cockroaches are a major concern as not even the fridge was safe to store food.

I liked that it was clean, spacious and comfortable. I liked that it was so close to the ocean. I like the area, it was scenic and quiet.

I didn’t like that the apartment we booked based on the what was advertised was NOT what we got. We wanted an ocean view, a sea facing apartment, that was advertised but we did not have that. We didn’t have a braai and that was supposed to be available to us as well. We weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool whenever we wanted.

What had a lovely stay. Unit was clean, safe and spacious.

Wonderful, clean and comfy apartment with all the required amenities. We felt safe, enjoyed our stay and would suggest this to anyone looking for a breakaway!

The sucurity was giving us hard time with the visitors we had to show the lady our chat with the owner. They should provide the security company the number of the owner’s of the apartment
