emplacement très bien pour visiter l ile. Terrasse très agréable. Une table de jardin serait le top pour profiter des matins plus frais et des soirées dans l ensemble facilité de stationnement (au pire grand parking gratuit à 100m).

La clim réversible n'est pas très agréable comme mode de chauffage pour le mois de mars (pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain et dans l'une des chambres)

Estaba limpio en general, pero algunas zonas como la cocina podría mejorarse. El baño pequeño huele en ocasiones a alcantarilla.

Property is a good size. A large living area, with two decent bedrooms (one has en-suite shower/toilet/sink). Main bathroom has a large corner bath. Kitchen was a good size, with a table & chairs. Had a dishwasher, washing machine in an outside room, good size balcony. The location is handy for walks and it's not far from the motorway so you can zip into the city quickly enough - watch out for the speed camera as you come off the motorway for Binissalem.

Parking was a pain. It is on-street, first come, first served. You cannot reserve parking here. If you are very lucky, you may get a small space outside, but in almost two weeks we only managed to park outside three times. There is a public car park approx 5 minutes away (it's a dusty field, not tarmac, but it is free). A few things didn't work in the apartment, such as two rings on the stovetop, the oven was weak, a number of lights were faulty, the aircon controls in all the rooms were useless and there was a broken chair on the balcony. The property is not wheelchair accessible.

Spotlessly clean, spacious apartment with a large terrace. Looks to be renovated recently. Great location in Binissalem, also quiet during night time. Basic items such as soap, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. were readily in the apartment - brilliant! Overall one of the better Mallorca apartments I've seen.

Unstable 2.4GHz WiFi, pots and pans 100% worn out, no knife sharpener, cooktop not heating with all four plates (broken?) , air conditioner/heater didn't work, the lovely terrace was missing a table group for dining, only a tiny TV in the living room
