They were so slow returning our deposit that we assumed they were not going to pay it. However it has now appeared in our bank account, so we are happy now.
GBWasn't totally like the pictures show, but it ended up being a good stay for me, wife and 3 kids. Bathroom and kitchen were my favorite parts of the apartment.
The heating needs urgent attention.

The building was very dirty and smelling, the flat was ok but they left very old blankets and some of the bedsheets was used like someone got sick on it or with sperms. The TV had only one channel and we was a family of 5 and they left only 3 towels. I called the host on the first day because I couldn't get into the property and he was only asking about the deposit. After getting into the flat I told him about the missing towels and dirty bedsheets and HE TOLD ME TO DO THE WASHING and the doble bed is so old that you can feel the springs. Only after 4/5 days on the property is when he decided to go and change the bedsheets and give extra towels. Have to give my kids the bed and sleep on the sofa. Was one of the worst experience in booking a holiday house. Never going back to that property again and NOT RECOMMENDED.
