Modern Home, Close to the City Centre with Parking

Location was great as attending the test match at Edgbaston (about 10 - 15 minutes walk away from the property). Property was exceptionally clean and tidy. Milk and snacks left in the fridge (Thank you!)

The sofa is very uncomfortable - my spouse described it as a "waiting room" sofa - not somewhere that you would want to sit for very long. The bed was also very low and rather small, but ok.

Property was clean and tidy. Absolutely spotless! Lovely place to stay! Personal touches, coffee, tea, sugar and milk. Only a short walk to the centre. Couldn't fault a thing! Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Really lovely flat in a convenient location with parking.

- Lovely clean home. - Very good location. - Hosts were attentive in leaving little extras around the home which made us feel welcome.

- If you are having a night in, the sofa isn’t the most comfortable but did not affect our stay.

Clean, tidy, well equiped.

Loud music from car parked outside, matress dips.. needs a new one, its terrible. Poor location.

Location and nicely done out apartment.

No proper curtains in the bedroom, too much light through the blinds early in the morning…couldn’t get back to sleep. A very large rat walked across the driveway on Saturday afternoon in broad daylight while I was cooking…pretty off putting!
