Good location All facilities we needed Great for the price

Could do with a little modernisation and some things fixing such as wardrobe doors, the wooden floor is peeling and the worktops have scratches on them

The property was very conveniently located

The property wasn’t clean. Black dust on ledges, hairy duvets, screws left on the floor. No washing up bowl or plug for the kitchen sink so had to wash up in a small mixing bowl, the front door handle was very loose, the internet wasn’t working which also meant the tv didn’t work. The staff were good and tried to fix for us - we unfortunately had to use our own data to make the tv work - the company did reimburse us for the extra data we had to buy to enable us to watch tv. Followed all the instructions about placing parking permit in the window of my vehicle but still received a parking ticket - the company have said they have appealed on my behalf - I have asked for confirmation that the appeal was successful but nothing yet.

Location was perfect access to the property was simple

The duvet in the bedrooms require changing. Because they are flat require replacing. The living room heating is not working requires fixing

THE WHOLE PLACE NEEDS A COMPLETE DEEP CLEAN, ITS SO DIRTY

Great location for Broad Street, added bonus that you have a parking space within the apartment complex.
