I like that the homestay provided CCTV. We can even monitor the CCTV by ourselves from inside the house. The parking was just nice, I don't need to park far from the homestay, it exactly in front of the house. The host was nice as well, very polite and easier to reach out to if any issue happen.

Maybe you can prepare shoe rack for your customer. Personally I don't mind but you might receive someone who is very particular and this one might be a bonus point for you.

only location near by the university

The home is not suitable for home stay, blanket too small , the bed is very uncomfortable. No towel .Cockroach in one of the bedroom . Overall not very satisfied with this stay
