Perfect Location to explore Birmingham. Regular buses into City Centre.

Rubbish outside, communal staircase needs a total revamp - missing flooring. Inside - stained/dirty bedsheets, balcony littered with cigarette ends. No hot water in the sink, had to wash up in the shower. Had a 4 night stay (working in the area), moved out after the first night, couldn't bare to stay any longer. Contacted the host who seemed quite accommodating at first, and I mentioned a refund, and he said he will "sort me out". Now going through Booking.com - host is not answering. Terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

It’s one of the worst ever that I’ve seen on Booking.com It’s a shame that listings like these still get by even after the whole suede of negative reviews. We could only sustain one night in the apartment as the apartment was smelling, oven had remnants of grease, the sofa bed was broken and had food stuck between the cracks The toilet had dead insects which was so disgusting. Also the bath tub was not cleaned at all as it had yellow stains all over. Overall we were very unhappy considering that the owner was told prior to us coming that based on previous reviews we were told by the owner that everything will be in good condition. Coming off from a 30hr flight this is something the least would be expected.

Broken sofa bed, not the same sofa bed as advertised on booking.com, oily and greasy oven which is not cleaned. Bath tub had dead insects and also lot of yellow stains.

Location was perfect 1st of all we arrived at the apartment and couldn't get access called and called eventually got the owner who didn't know we were coming got into the property I say lightly the property was a disgrace I will attach photos below property was very very dirty the sofa bed would even fit a small child there was no iron which I stated to the owner who advised would be brought round that day,there was no iron brought round.i ended up leaving the property after 1 night because of the state of the place,not enough space for 4 ppl one of the people had to sleep on the floor, tbh certainly no worth anywhere near the price I paid and would be looking for booking com to investigate please

NIce residential area, very easy access to city centre by bus, Light airy appartment with good sized rooms. Easy on street parking right outside. Reasonable price.

It wasn't prepared well for us. There were a few essential items missing (most significantly smoke alarm battery, forks and sufficient bedding). However the owner did rectify these the evening after our arrival. Other items remained outstanding, but did not significantly impact our stay. We have fed these back to the host, who has welcomed the feedback, so hopefully they will deal with these for the next customer.
