Ladywell House Suites

Sinceramente non mi è piaciuto nulla della struttura.

Le foto della struttura non sono veritiere con la realtà. Stanze sporche con muffa vicino al letto e mochette non pulita, bagno igienicamente non buono, si sentiva puzza di urina. Inoltre la notte sembrava di stare dentro una discoteca, purtroppo sotto la struttura c’è una discoteca e i vetri della stanza sono sottilissimi e si sente tutto tra musica e urla delle persone, impossibile dormire. Io consiglierei una bella ristrutturata perché è veramente penoso.

Good location

Dirty shower. Dirty towel left in bathroom. Windows didn’t shut properly. Nightclub opposite playing loud music until 6am. It’s definitely not a suite- just a room!

As soon as entering the building my trainers were sticking to the grimy floor lift didn't feel safe.bad eroma in the halls .on entering the room I noticed the bed pulled out and there was a pantry towel behind the bed .stains on the curtains .iron mark on the carpet .carpet was dirty .bed wasn't made even though we arrived after check in time .filthy disgusting will never book here again

The location was very central.

There for 2 nights and was left no coffee sachets, 1 tea bag and one out of date milk sachets . Self check in so saw no one and no number to call. Central location so knew there would be street noise but advert said sound proof. However the windows didn't fit properly and the club directly across the road started at midnight until 5am, with the double doors open, very loud music, swearing and fighting in the street and the 2 bouncers were very verbal. No sleep both nights

The location was excellent. It is five minutes from Birmingham New Street station where I was catching a train at 8am on Saturday morning. The room was clean and comfortable if a little tired.

It was difficult to access. I needed three codes to get into the property which I ended up calling for on arrival. It would have been easier if these had been sent in advance. However, I should stress that in general the positives far outweighed the negatives.
