Modern Apartment with Balcony near Tivoli & Metro

Apartment was speciousand centally located. In a upscale residential complex.

It is not properly looked after. Towels were not available in the room and had to be searched and found out. Handwash was over. Detergent for washing machine was not available. The owner / caretaker has kept the apertment untidy. Multiple partially used shapoo etc lying in the toilet. Kitchen had lot of stuff being used by the owner. Part of the in use item were lying on the kitchen platform. The freezer was full with owner's food item, leaving no place to store our frozen food. All this gives a feeling that we have encroched on a personal property which is in use. A very uncomfortable feeling indeed. All items of personal use of the owner should be kept separately and marked accordingly. Kettle was dirty with full of white deposits. So could not used. Iron for pressing clothes was not available. The chair on which one of us was (person aged 74yrs) working broke resulting in a serious accident. Fortunately he did not facture any of his bones. We have shared pictures with the contact peron given by you - only answer was that she will inform the owner. We never heard any thing from the owner . The high price that we paid for the aprtment the experience was below expectations. We request you to compensate us for the inconveniences suffered by us. We await your positive action.

The location was great with easy access to the river, local attractions and services. The apartment was perfect for 2 couples with everything needed for food preparation. Thoroughly recommend.

The apartment was very spacious and really well located. It was within walking distance to Tivoli Gardens and had parking in a secure parking garage.

There is nothing to dislike if you choose this apartment.
