Bad i.o. aber nicht geeignet für Übergewichtige und Behinderte Menschen.

Sehr gute, zentrale Lage nah am Hauptbahnhof. Man kann z.B. den Tivoli und die Strøget in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Viel Platz und schöne Zimmer in der Wohnung, hinten heraus Blick auf den sehr schönen Hinterhof, der zudem nachts sehr ruhig ist. Praktische Küche, schöner Esstisch. Zwar sehr kleines, aber doch praktisches Bad. Unproblematischer Check-in/-out per Schlüsselbox.

Schöne Zimmer, gute, bequeme Betten. Zentrale Lage (gegenüber ein Stripladen / Sexshop o.ä.), aber auch eine Burger-Schmiede. Die Photos entsprechen der Ausstattung mit einer Ausnahme...

Das "Bad" - kleiner als ein Bad in einem Campingwagen, WC und Dusche in einem, der "Eingang" knapp 45cm breit, man muss also rückwärts eintreten, da umdrehen nicht geht... die Dusche war damit leider für uns nicht nutzbar (doof bei den Temperaturen!), das winzige Waschbecken so IN der Wand verbaut, wir mussten uns in der Küche am Becken waschen. Und der größte Witz war, dieses auch noch als "besonderen Charme" der Altbauwohnung darzustellen. Die "bettnahen" Steckdosen konnten nicht benutzt werden, da man die eingesteckten Geräte nicht ausstecken durfte. Die Steckdose in der Küche für Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Microwelle war mit einem "out of order" Schild verklebt - bis zur anderen Steckdose reichten die Kabel nicht. Sehr hellhörig, und die Straße ist sehr laut. Damit war das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht mehr gegeben. Man sollte evtl das winzige Kinderzimmer opfern und zum Bad umbauen, und das Bad nur noch als WC nutzen, dann ginge es.

Sentralt beliggende = praktisk

Badet var en katastrofe, vannvittig trangt, måtte dusje over do, gulvet alltid vått, kunne ikke gå inn med sokker, + ingen utlufting der. Manglet også avsug på kjøkkenet. Luktet sterkt av tobakksrøyk ved ankomst. Vi skulle ikle oss galla + pynte en brud, nesten umulig uten et skikkelig bad.

Spacious rooms and nice kitchen. Clean and charming. Very good location and a beautiful back yard. Nice to have a laundry machine and dishwasher, which is not common for Copenhagen. Comfortable beds.

The bathroom is small, even for Copenhagen, and there's a musty smell in there probably from poor ventilation. There are no handlebars on the cabinets under the sink, which makes them hard to open. The WiFi was pretty bad at times.

It was a short walk to Copenhagen Central Station from the property. ✅ There was a burger bar, grocery store and bars in the vicinity. ✅✅✅ The property, despite the outside appearance of the front door (not sure if it was urban street art or vandalism) was clean, tidy and well appointed for self catering. ✅ 2 very large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. Iron, clothes airers, hairdryer, kettle, fridge/freezer, shampoo, body wash and conditioner.. just a few of the amenities ✅✅✅✅✅✅ Free WiFi ✅ Netflix on the TV in the lounge / dining area. ✅

The front door was very off putting. Fortunately once you opened the door the communal entrance was clean, tidy and freshly painted The bathroom 🙈. It's tiny, you can't brush your teeth in the sink because there's a wall directly above the sink , so you can't lean forward and spit into the sink. The shower and WC share the same space, if you get the projection of the water wrong from the showerhead it wets the toilets rolls on the shelf above the loo. After day 2 the shower/ toilet area began to smell of damp as no window there. There's a small extractor but I'm not sure it worked. A trip to IKEA for new and extra pillows wouldn't go amiss. Pillows were past their best....the filling was lumpy and clumpy. Not sure why there were single duvets on double beds.....maybe because they knew we were 3 single people who weren't sharing beds 🤔. The front bed room is noisy from street noise...but that can't be helped. FYI ......There's a striptease / pole dancing bar across the road, an addict's drug dispensing centre on the corner and a homeless shelter across the street from it. All of that said, we were never approached nor did we ever feel unsafe - we were 3 women travelling. Walk 150m beyond the property and there are nice restaurants and bars. Take Abel Catherine Gade and you'll find nice bars there too.
