Beds are comfortable. Air conditioners in every room. The centre is easily reachable. There is an elevator.

Wasn't cleaned on the arrival day and in general wasn' t very clean. For example,, dirty cutlery, all the surfices in the apartment, dried flowers that had even fallen from their pots. But the climax of the antihygiene was the birds in the balcony that seemed dead for ages. Even after reporting the situation, nothing changed! The bathroom lacked the ventilation system. There was also shortage of toilet paper and hand paper in the kitchen. The electric kettle didn't work. The location is noisy and the house itself was constantly "moving"!

Fireplace is decorative only. However, it is not advertised as such and was my main reason for renting this unit. Deceptive photos and description of apartment and view. No towels on arrival. Dirty dishes in dishwasher, two+ year old empty cleaning/laundry products in cabinets, and broken glass in kitchen drawers makes me question thoroughness of cleaning. Short in dishwasher caused power outages, reoccurring leak in bathroom around tub not correctly repaired. No toilet paper! And worst of all, little response by management of issues. Very dissatisfied. Update: Property owner denies knowing of issues in spite of my sending texts and numerous telephone calls. They finally called me on the 7th after we checked out during which I advised them of all the issues and requested a partial refund. They are apparently denying their telephone call as well. I have written two lengthy letters to them outlining all of my issues and this post was their only response. Not happy that they can't own up to their mistakes and try to rectify things.

Everything was excelent! Situated in the centre of Corfu, near the old town, the facilities were as shown in the pictures

Quiet location close to the old centre. Complete equipment, as if you were at home (washing machine and powder for instance).Nice balcony. Convenience on arrival and departure time !

Could not find coffee in the kitchen … but good cappuccino at the nearby bakery

The location was close to several stores and restaurants. Enjoyed the apartment. Was well stocked and clean. We could've stayed for a while. Everyone thought it was great. We had 4 guests
