Odeur d’égouts et d’humidité La literie était humide (peut être la clim). La clim dégage une odeur désagréable. Immeuble vétuste - entrée pitoyable. Chambre bas de plafond. Les Fenêtres donnent sur une ruelle étroite et sur la salle d’un restaurant. Contact whattsapp pour nous fournir les codes d’accès et réponses tardives ou non-réponse pour des questions basiques. Pas de télécommande pour la TV de la chambre. Rapport qualité prix absolument pas adéquat (même si Corfou est chère).

Amazing location. And beautiful apartment.

Shower wasn’t very powerful

We stayed for one night as a family of three with a 2.5-year-old. The apartment is modern, clean and nicely decorated. It includes smart features such as door codes, touch lighting and an AC system linked to the windows (they only work when windows are closed). Facilities like a kitchen, washing machine and coffee machine with pods were provided, though we didn’t make use of the cooking or laundry options. 5 small water bottles and Coca cola cans were provided too. Location is fantastic for Old Town Corfu, with free parking around the Spianada square which can be tricky to find during busy hours later in the day. Check-in is all done via WhatsApp so no contact with the hosts in person.

Unfortunately, the lack of soundproofing was a significant downside. As the apartments are in an older building, we could clearly hear the upstairs neighbor playing bass-heavy music for a couple of hours in the evening, as well as every footstep and even coughing. Later that night, we were also disturbed when they returned home around 1am. It’s surprising this hasn’t come up more often in other reviews, but for us it really impacted our comfort. Additionally, we found the pillows too firm to sleep well on. Overall, while the apartment is functional and equipped with useful amenities, the noise levels mean we wouldn’t personally choose to stay again.

Lovely space in a great location. There is no view as it looks directly out onto a wall in a side alley but it’s a great place for a night or two.

Clean in a great location

The word "Luxury" in the name of proporty is exaggerated. The biggest concerns for me is the smell of seawage, the lack of any fan in the toilet and the noise from your neighbors who live above you (in case you are in the first floor). We heard people when they were watching TV and move there chairs which was not definitely the "Luxury". I understand that the buildnig is very old and there can be some such issues.
