Espectacular Apto remodelado, de lujo y a pie de Playa con vista al mar

The elevator doors closed too quickly and made us nervous to ride.

It’s clean, aesthetically appealing and in a spot that wasn’t too hot or cold.

Only that there wasn’t enough towels for the pool/beach.

The apartment is pretty, the location is good, safe area, the compound is very nice.

The beds were full of bedbugs. When I informed the host, with photos and videos, acted surprised and mentioned maybe it was for leaving the window open. He was very kind for all the rest. Just not caring really about this issue.

Very Clean. Balcony View was exceptional!

Waves made the doors creak at night. And balcony door make noise.

Great location, close to shopping, banks, food etc. Pool was great, easy beach access. Laundry and restaurant on site. AC worked great. Kitchen fully functional and stocked with utensils.

Restaurant hours limited, expensive. Gym was not open. No soap in bathrooms. Under beds could have been cleaned better. Beds were a little hard.

it was nice and clean staff was friendly. Very nicely decorated unit. loved watching the sunsets and even watched the whales from our deck.

What I did not like are the people that are staying there from the grand Pacifico. They think that they have more rights than the other guests. did not feel as comfortable wants they arrived.

the pool is in need of major cleaning and repairs the lights are all loose and one has wires hanging out. The filtration system is not all used as the skimmer baskets are not all being used to clean and return the water and are dirty. There is dirt and algae build up on lots of the surface and pool fittings. The rest of the building seems to be run with minimal maintenance witch is to bad , it. could be a beautiful place but the lack of maintenance and up keep is a major issue.

No paper towels in the kitchen, not even a bottle of water as courtesy, body soap or shampoo!
