Akis luxury flat

La struttura è centralissima, basta scendere e ci si ritrova in pieno centro città dove ci sono ristoranti, bar, negozi ecc… Il proprietario è molto disponibile e gentile, il check-in è in piena autonomia e molto semplice da effettuare. La casa pulita (anche se non nei miei standard di pulizia) e ordinata, ricca di comfort, ottime anche le finestre non appena chiuse isolavano tutto il rumore. Inoltre è presente una lavatrice, bagnoschiuma e shampoo che Akis ha gentilmente lasciato in bagno. In bagno è presente una finestra oltre alle finestre che ci sono in ogni stanza e questa è una cosa estremamente positiva.

La struttura è abbastanza distante dalle spiagge più belle dell’isola o si affitta un mezzo o ci si sposta coi bus e si parla di 30/40 minuti, per alcune spiagge in particolare anche un’ora. Inoltre un problema molto grosso è la linea internet. In pratica funziona pochissimo, già in città la linea telefonica è abbastanza altalenante inoltre tornando su a casa nemmeno il wi-fi risultava funzionante e di conseguenza è stato molto molto complesso restare in contatto e avendo pagato per tutti i servizi questo lo posso definire totalmente assente.

The location was perfect, right in the centre of Corfu Town near all the bars, shops, the Fort and beach but also quiet, we heard no noise at all.

There wasn’t anything to dislike. The apartment is quite small but we were only really in it to sleep so no problem at all. It’s modern and clean and well equipped.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, κοντά σε όλα τα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος ήταν ανακαινισμένος, όμορφα διακοσμημένος και γενικά καθαρός.

Υπήρχε δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά από τον βόθρο κατά διαστήματα. Το κτίριο εξωτερικά ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση. Το studio ήταν σχετικά μικρό και η τιμή του υψηλή σε σχέση με τις παροχές και τον διαθέσιμο χώρο.

Location is the most and the flat is a small but quite comfortable one. Everything is Perfect for short stays.

Location was fantastic. Very clean. Akis was very nice and helpful.

There is supposed to be Internet with a ZTE modem. Even if the modem is technically working well, there is no Internet signal in the building. We ended up having no Internet during our whole stay which was an inconvenience. It should be advertised that internet is not provided in this luxury apartment.
