Apartment Robin - Old Town

Ηταν ευρύχωρο, και σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο!

Η πρόσβαση ήταν δύσκολη γιατί κάθε φορά έπρεπε να ξεκλειδώσουμε 3 πόρτες. Όσον αφορά τη καθαριότητα του δωματίου ήταν απογοητευτική καθώς υπήρχαν σκουπιδακια σε διάφορα σημεία που δεν είχαν μαζευτεί και σκόνη στα έπιπλα. Επίσης το μπάνιο μύριζε, η θερμάστρα του μπάνιου ήταν σκουριασμένη και γεμάτη σκόνη. Τέλος αντιστοιχούσε μόνο μια πετσέτα στον καθένα που μύριζε άσχημα.

Appartamento spazioso, curato e pulito. Ero da solo, ma è comodo anche per tre persone. Ci sono, infatti, un letto e un divano-letto. Temperatura regolabile, necessaria in pieno inverno. La posizione è assolutamente strategica, in pieno centro storico. Non ho conosciuto il proprietario, ma il check in, tutto sommato, è stato semplice, grazie al video che viene inviato all'ospite. Disponibili ciabatte e prodotti da bagno, oltre a pochi prodotti per colazione. Comodo pure il terrazzino.

Tante chiavi diverse per poter accedere all'appartamento, ma nulla di drammatico. Il materasso non l'ho trovato comodissimo. La macchinetta del caffè è un enigma, non sempre son riuscito a farla funzionare. Suggerirei una Nespresso o una Nescafe, semplici da usare, cosicché l'ospite si munisca di capsule all'occorrenza.

The location is perfect, right in the Old Town, only a 3-minute walk from the Old Town Hall and the Christmas market, and about a 7-minute walk from the SNP stop where the bus from Vienna dropped me off. I appreciated the self check-in and check-out, along with the clear access instructions and detailed video. The apartment is spacious, with a bright and well-equipped kitchen. I also liked the bathroom.

Cleanliness could be improved. There was dust on the floor near the bed and sofa, and the bathroom trash bin had not been emptied. The bed linen and towels did not smell fresh, and overall it did not feel like a thorough cleaning had been done. There is no power outlet next to the bed, so I had to leave my phone on the desk. Although extension cords were provided, they were very dusty and I did not feel comfortable using them. It is also inconvenient to carry a large set of keys and to have to unlock and lock three doors each time. The apartment is on the second floor (I believe), and the building has an old, narrow spiral staircase, which makes going up with luggage difficult. There is no elevator. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM, which feels quite unbalanced.

Perfect location. Spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment!! Excellent detailed checkin instructions.

Die Einrichtung war sehr schöne und die Lage perfekt um sich die Innenstadt und den Adventmarkt anzusehen. Man schläft direkt mitten drinnen (2min zu Fuß entfernt) und bekommt sobald man auf dem Zimmer ist, nichts von der Musik und dem Trubel mit.

Der Kühlschrank ist in der Nacht, wenn man schlafen möchte sehr laut. Zum Glück war ich allein und konnte in das andere Zimmer ausweichen. Dort war es dann angenehm ruhig und sehr bequem.
