Apartment Robin - Old Town

This apartment was very clean, everything useful was in it (plates, cups, toilet paper, hair dryer...), its very quiet place. Especialy I like location, its a center and most beautiful places in city are there. Host was very attentive and was sending useful information. I recomended everybody to stay in this appartment.

The location is perfect to stay and explore Bratislava...

My biggest disappointment was the building is going through a major refurbishment so you have to walk past the building works, all the windows has blue plastic on to protect them and you have builders walking past the windows on the saffording. The towels were smelly, either they were just over used and new ones are needed or a cheap soap powder was used. The photos on the Booking.com does not reflect reality and new photos are required so future guests will know the layout of the furniture.

the size was good. I didn’t find the beds comfortable a bit too hard to get comfortable. couldn’t operate the heating the first night and then touched a button the second night and it would have been better

beds not great for me and didn’t like having to go through the building works to get inside the property

great location they’ve squeezed another bed into the living room so current pictures do not reflect it

there were a few issues that we feel could easily be remedied and make this a great wee apartment. when we arrived the host had the previous tenants bedding drying on a clothes horse in an already very compact bedroom. The window was open, in an attempt to dry it but it was far from dry when we checked in. we were two friends and Like our own space, however there was no clean/dry bedding for the second bed. The ‘clean’ bedding in the cupboard had been rolled up and was still damp so I slept on a bed without covers fir the week. This was all raised with the host immediately and the response was unsatisfactory. we had no shower curtain so I had to sit down to shower, my friend who is 6’5 couldn’t manage this comfortably, so the bathroom floor was soaked. on the first night we had no clean/dry bath mat either as it was still left drying. After the first shower the water took ages to drain away, so I had to sit in previous dirty shower water for my shower There were some stains on the sofa and rug also that really could be cleaned better. The microwave had no turntable in it so was unusable
