Sea View Penthouse with large terrace IROM1-1

Close by supermarkets. Large terrace with great view to the sea.

Slow internet for remote working: 30mbps download /1.5mpbs upload and a couple of interruptions. Elevator engine/mechanism against the bed wall with an unbelievable loud noise. Luckily only 1apartment/floor elevator is not often used. Terrace huge glass doors makes livingroom a solarium in November!!! and drapes cant fight efective the heat as would some mirror protection film glued/applied on them. Shower heater small capacity cannot be used for 2 consecutive showers. Building entrance has a good set of stairs you need to climb with your luggages.

Large terrace and lift to the property. Shower was great. Location was fairly quiet, 10-15 minute walk either into town or down to the bay for drinks and meals. Views were great except for the unfinished hotel on the waterside. Local supermarket a 5 minute walk, with a good selection of groceries. Efficient and fairly quiet washing machine. Netflix available, but no local tv station. We always found a parking space either outside or on the next street, but it might be different in high season.

Left hand terrace door lock was broken so couldn’t secure the apartment. Mattress was too soft for me. There was a flat sheet on the mattress which meant the bed had to be remade every day, a fitted sheet would make it much more comfortable. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom. There’s a pod coffee machine, but only 2 pods were left for us. We bought a jar of coffee. There were curtains on the large terrace windows, but they didn’t close fully. Felt a bit “goldfish” as the opposite apartment could see right into ours. No local information. I know most people use the internet, but bus routes, supermarkets and restaurant recommendations would be nice - at least a starting point.

Good location, large balcony, nice apartment.

Very sparse facilities provided. No salt, pepper, sugar, oil. Only 3 dishwasher/washing machine tablets for 2 weeks. Only 2 coffee pods and nowhere local to buy. No sun umbrella provided zero shade on terrace. Only one set of keys provided caused fire escape hazard due to faulty front door lock. Problem failed to be resolved during stay.

There was no breakfast the location as you stood on the patio to your left. You can see the sea which was lovely, but in front of you to the left was an old hotel that was redundant, not the greatest view

To be notified that my deposit has been returned as I left the flat as clean as I found it, stripped the beds et cetera et cetera Didn’t like the fact that I had to wash sheets and towels as there was no spare ones and nobody delivered anything fresh in the two weeks that we were there. Also there was things missing in the kitchen which I thought was unnecessary not to have I don’t mind using the washing machine, so I washed my sheets five times and my towels every other day as we’ve been on the beach and had two showers a day

There was wonderful terrace for sunbathing even January. Quite new building with elevator. Good kitchen. Quiet neighborhood.

Loved the large deck. Very clean suite.

The deck needs a big sturdy umbrella. It is otherwise too hot to enjoy the deck during the day. The only way to make coffee was with coffee pods. None were supplied and were not available nearby. It took the host a couple of days to reply to my concerns while I was staying there.
