Nice building in a close city center location. Parking spot is always free. Fairly clean bathroom.

First of all, heavy cigarette smell is everywhere dispite window openinng when we wre not there. Second, there is no heating beside aircondition. Night was around zero but it was cold because there is no underfloor heating. I called her in the morning and she said that there is some problem in the street and the whole building is without heating which isnt true because building hall was really warm. Overall, its not bang for the buck. Wont come back again.
