Perfect location.

The property needs 100 percent makeover. Furniture and home appliances are old enough to be displayed in the museum. Maintenance and cleanliness of property at a very low level.

Entering the apartment we felt that it is very cold, the rest of the day we sat inside in jackets. At first glance, you could see the dirty tables and the floor sticking to the legs. The bathroom was very cold and dirty, the shower cubicle was covered in mold at the bottom and the toilet bowl had not been cleaned. Entering the kitchen we experienced a small breakdown, the refrigerator was dirty and smelly. Kitchen equipment is two cutlery and 3 plates pretty much all dirty. One could write for a long time, and I will put it in three words: dirt, stench and poverty.

The location was excellent, everything was near to the place. The landlady was really nice and the apartment itself spacious. Would deffinitely recommend!

Unfortunately it was not clean.

location is pretty nice.

So I stayed there for 4 nights. First night someone decided at 2am at night smoke and loudly chat by the window. all smell from tobacco just went in a apartment, and this was the issue till the 4am. Second night I had a chance to have a sleep, but then I looked around. everything is in spider webs, dirty and mould all around. Shower you need to be extra careful as mould is literally everywhere even on kitchen tiles. Third and last night I had zero sleep, because someone drunk people been laudly parting.
