Beautiful apartment. Clean. Perfect location.

No tea bags.

Beautiful unit, nicely setup and laid out. Well equipped kitchen, stunning fireplace and bathroom. Easy access and felt safe and secure.

The kitchen bin was not emptied from the previous guests so was stinky. The geyser was not on so had to wait 2 hours for it to heat up. One of the electric blankets did not work. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bath was also not clean, the bath jets did not work. Small things like some lightbulbs out. The cutlery in the drawer had not been cleaned properly and some were greasy, same for the plates and bowls. Microwave struggled to work and fridge badly cracked and damaged on the inside. Ricoffee sachets and no rooibos tea.

False advertising- booked a ground floor unit with hot tub, fire place & bath, but no hot tub in sight. Bedroom light did not work. Toiletpaper not stocked. Welcome notice put on bed with old contact details? Why does establishment not put on geyser when booking is confirmed?

The location is really nice, walking distance from shops. Nice coffee place 1 minute away(baker boys), apartment is cosy and clean

There are no curtains outside, so people can see you if you are reading in bed if they would be outside your window. We didn’t feel comfortable. Check in process consisted of someone pointing at a room” you can go there” and then left. We didn’t feel welcome at all. Wifi wasn’t good enough to watch YouTube or a movie at night.

The keys were at the door. It was a contactless check-in. The fridge was stocked twice with water and cold drinks during my stay. The shops and restaurants were 30 steps away from the accommodation. They stocked wood daily as it was cold and the fireplace was cleaned daily and piled with wood ready to start the fire. Rusks, coffee and tea were provided. My family was happy staying there and there was Seattle right at the corner...great spot indeed.
