La ubicación, habitaciones limpias y cómodas sin lujos pero bien El piso estaba limpio y amplio

Al llegar la entrega de llaves, mala atención y presentacion, edificio viejo sucio y con mal olor, muebles viejos pintados a brocha y deteriorados A pesar de estar limpia la cocina por la noche salían cucarachas pequeñas por toda la encimera Puertas que no abrían Y cerraban bien del baño y el menaje tanto vasos como cubiertos y tapas de caldero estaban sucios

Todo perfecto, no faltan detalles, super bien equipado y aunque la distancia hasta la playa no es muy cerca, el paseo hasta llegar es bastante agradable y la tranquilidad de la zona es lo mejor, encima la piscina por la tarde viene genial después de un día de playa y el alojamiento tiene plaza de parking privado que en el Médano siempre es complicado aparcar, así que totalmente recomendabme, volveremos pronto!.

The apartment is big and it has a parking spot.

It's very used. Most of the furniture is very old, just painted white and it doesn't look good. Painting doesn't repair furniture. Bedside table is sticky becouse of the painting. We found a lot of dust in many places. Doors are also painted and it looks terrible. Bathroom standard is also very poor, and it's hard to take a proper shower. Leaky windows and cockroaches on a kitchen cupboard. It's not worth the money until it gets general renovation.

Good location, few minutes walk from the beach and the market. Nice view. It was spacious, big enough for a family with 2 kids. The beds were comfortable. Good WiFi.

The couch was terrible, it needs to change. The furniture is a bit shabby. There could be more chairs.

No sunbeds or chairs around swimming pool so didn't use that area at all No restaurants or bars very close by apartment, approximately 10 min walk to beach/bars/shops and uphill on way back Apartment difficult to find on arrival in dark

Very good location, close to the center of El Medano. Easy to get in and get out if you have a car. Convenient parking. The apartment has 3 separate bedrooms with double beds, so it can easily accomodate 6 people. You can see both the ocean and the volcano from the balcony.

You can see the apartment has not been renovated for quite some time. It would be nice if there were glasses, cups etc. for 6 people. The balcony door is loose and it makes loud noises when there is wind (and it's almost always windy). Also you cannot actually lock the balcony door. Small inconveniences, but the value for money is there.
