Fehlende Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe Check-in erfolgte eine Stunde verspätet (erst um 16:00 Uhr) Keine Vorabinformation über Probleme mit der Wasserversorgung Kein Wasser bei Ankunft; lediglich eine Flasche Wasser vorhanden, die wir zum Händewaschen nutzen mussten Wasserversorgung: sehr niedriger Druck; gleichzeitige Nutzung von Bad und Küche war über 3 Tage nicht möglich. Erst nach Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wurde das Problem behoben Einzelne Kakerlaken im Bad und in der Küche Tür lässt sich nur schwer öffnen (blockiert etwa auf halbem Weg und erfordert Kraftaufwand) Veraltete Möbel, eine stark abgenutzte Matratze auf einem der Betten Flackerndes Licht im Hauptschlafzimmer Defekter Mülleimer im Badezimmer Im Bad ist der Schrank instabil und kann beim Öffnen der Schubladen nach vorne kippen Parkplatz: 6,00 € pro Tag + 60,00 € Kaution für die Fernbedienung Stromprobleme: Gleichzeitige Nutzung von zwei Kochfeldern und der Waschmaschine führt zu Ausfällen
