Don Juan III

Great host met on arrival, very friendly. Apartment was clean and had all amenities and equipment. Nice garden. Pool access great.

Like many on the estate it is a little tired around the edges, but the price reflects this and is certainly good value, so had no impact on the quality of our stay.

Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Súper cómodo, con una vista al mar preciosa. Repetiríamos seguramente

Había buen menaje de cocina, la terraza amplia, la atención de Sandra muy bien

Que no hay aire acondicionado, hay son unos ventiladores muy pequeños y un pingüino pero no ayuda mucho con el calor que hace, muchos mosquitos y la limpieza muy regular, mucha cuesta para ir a la playa

A modern apartment, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It is also a short distance from Carnival train station, which can easily reach Fuengirola city, or to reach the heart of Malaga. I'm thanking Sandra for everything.

doors to bathrooms couldn't close due to water damage, chairs on the terrace were all somewhat broken. no coffeemaker (had to buy one and leave it there) all cabinet doors in kitchen water damaged. over mirror lights in small bathroom only worked sporadically. no wine glasses (well there was 1...) , and the place wasn't particularly clean.

The sea vue from the balcony is breathtaking. The appartmenet is clean and the rooms are big. There are chars and an umbrella available

There is no actual Parking in the property and you just park in the street which was impossible the weekend as it was packed with people going to the nearby beaches. this was a huge letdown! The property is a bit oldish and could use some refreshing
