Dear Booking.com Team, I am writing to formally share my recent experience at the apartment (Monalysa St Honore)I booked through your platform yesterday evening. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet basic hospitality standards. After booking the property on Booking.com, I was asked to contact the apartment directly to make the payment and confirm the booking. I spoke with the receptionist via phone call, but once the payment was made, I did not receive any acknowledgment or welcome message—only a generic terms and conditions message. When I requested the pin location, as it was late at night and I was unfamiliar with the area, the lady sent me only a photo instead of proper directions. I should have received the proper pin location of the property and the entrance (main gate) to lead me to the building, but this was never provided. At no point in our messages was it ever mentioned that there were two entrances. When I arrived, there was no reception and no one to assist me. I was given a code for the main gate, and upon entering, I found a box with only one key. I took it and went to room 004, but I was supposed to receive the key for room 104. The room itself was not clean and lacked basic amenities such as towels. After a hectic business meeting, I wanted to have a shower, but there were no towels available. I have traveled around the world, and this is the first time I have experienced such poor hospitality. It was very displeasing, impolite, and showed no proper communication. I spent my money only to end up in a dirty room with no basic facilities, which left me extremely disappointed. The next morning, after I communicated politely with the lady, a gentleman called me and spoke in a very rude tone, telling me to check my messages. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. Overall, there was no proper check-in, no welcome, no politeness, and no hospitality. The only messages I received were related to payment.

The place is really good. Good location. Owner is really kind.
