Location is nice. The space is quite enough for 3-4 people. It's convenient that we are able to put our luggage in the front desk which helps a lot.

There is a strong, strange smell in the room, even we turn on all the fans, it didn't help. The hair dryer is not working the first day we arrive, and they send people to fix it the next day.

El departamento no tiene ventilación (literal no tiene una ventana). Tiene mucho olor a humedad a causa de esto. Había una cucaracha e insectos muertos en el baño. Realmente no volveríamos

el ubicación es excelente. el departamento es amplio.tiene una gran TV y canales de pago. hay suficiente agua caliente en la ducha. las personas de la lavandería industrial abajo son muy amables.

el departamento está arriba de una lavanderia industrial. La lavandería funciona hasta altas horas de la noche pues programan las máquinas hasta pasadas las 9pm. toda la humedad y el calor sube hacia el departamento y las temperaturas dentro son de sauna. NO HAY VENTANAS EN TODO EL DEPARTAMENTO: cada habitación tiene ventiladores pero no es suficiente. El departamento no tiene ni una sola ventana. no es posible estar ahí sin aire natural. nos pusieron un ventilador extra pero es my difícil permanecer ahí . La cocina tiene cucarachas. Desgraciadamente no saqué fotos.

El lugar está céntrico, es amplio y está muy limpio, justo atrás de San Roque y cerca de San Fernando y Reforma

Su ubicación, es.muy fácil llegar desde ahí caminando a cualquier parte del centro La solución del administrador al no tener agua caliente, nos presto el departamento Quijote, para poder bañarnos, excelente.

Al estar en un callejón, carece de estacionamiento y si uno no lee bien cree que si lo tienen. Otra cosa esta muy encerrado el departamento Sancho, por lo mismo se encierra mucho el calor (aún teniendo dos torres de enfriamiento y un ventilador de techo) Falta de agua caliente (se quedaron sin gas)

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cerca del centro. La habitación estaba bien equipada y limpia.

Bed was comfortable and location was good.

There is a thick layer of dust all around the upper walls where the bed is, the shower is terrible (the shower head has a ton of build up, no pressure, and the temperature is impossible to balance between scalding hot and cold), lots of drain flies in bathroom and room, occasional roach like bugs at night as well, the room gets pretty hot so I would imagine it's pretty bad during a warmer season, and the sound insulation is bad so you'll hear the cleaning staff who have their laundry room right outside of the room all day and the singing groups who regularly stop outside the building until 11PM in the evenings (singers may have been worse because we were there Friday-Monday). Hosts need to do more to address issues.
