We only stayed one night but boy was it eventful. Everything turned out ok thanks to the amazing Jonas who came to our rescue. Rooms are very cute, and I would say very accurate to the photos. Location is super central, great for sightseeing. Communication with the host was incredibly easy.

Location could not be better, especially if you want a front row seat to the callejoneada which passes right in front of the room every night between 9-10pm. So if you need to sleep earlier maybe not the best place. That said, there are so many amazing things in this town that we loved! The little stand around the corner had delicious tlacoyos and the pizza place the other way - Pizza Baez - was phenomenal!

The only issue was someone came into our room early on our last morning. Management said it was not staff, when I let them know they told me it was "because I left the key in the hole on the inside"...which I did in case of emergency I wouldn't have to fiddle with a weird key. FYI that makes any key able to open the door from the outside, which I did not know. Luckily we had on the extra latch so the person did not get in.

Privacy and very central location. Everything to hand. Secure.

A bit noisy in the evening till around 2200 because they do musical tours around the old town but it adds to the atmosphere

well, they do not prepare my room til check in time. there is no one in there, I should have to wait for a while at the cafeteria. they pouring air freshener too much, i barely breathing when i in the room.
