Good position and nice terrace, staff very friendly and they let us check out later for free

There is a night club just downstairs, and I had loud techno music in my bedroom until 5am every day

Arrived during the afternoon and had to phone for the keys because reception was closed. I wasn't told about outside parking and ended up with a 90 Euro parking fine the next day. Finding parking can be a nightmare, one day I drove around for 30 minutes to try and find a parking spot.

The location was completely fine very local to everything

I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t access the pantry area due to the door handle being rusted and had fallen off the door, the hair dryer also started smoking and caused a small fire, cuboard doors are nearly snapping off the hinge and the drinking glasses was filthy. I also couldn’t get a proper wash in the shower as it was broken and only had access to the bath which isn’t ideal. Small bags of drugs was also found from previous bookers which was intimidating and made me and my friend very uncomfortable

The location is excellent, just in the smack middle of las figueretas area. Super close to the beach and just 15 minute walk away from eivissa town center. If you are a club person it's just 10 minute walk away from bossa, maybe 15-20 mins from ushuaia and hi. Also the location is excellent for a pre-party if you feel like it. Absolute plus for having ice in the freezer ready for us on arrival.

The other guests made some noise during a few nights, I realize that it's not the responsibility of the apartment manager but you wouldn't see this kind of behavior in a hotel. The inner yard was a bit crude and I remember that there was a washing machine in the (inner) balcony. That kind of struck me as funny, but it's not really a negative thing.

Location

The apartment was dirty when we arrived, the kitchen does not have all the supplies advertised and the fridge had fungus, we had to clean it before we used.

Very expensive for 4 nights 1900 euro considering the block of apartments were a 1960s build and the local neighborhood was generally run down. Apartment located on 3rd floor so lots of stairs.
