USThis is a beautiful, spotless apartment right on the Ierapetra seafront with the most spectacular terrace overlooking the bay. Even in winter, we spent every morning out on the terrace admiring the view. Apostolis, our host, was fantastic. He left us fruit and wine, brought sweets and honey and could not have been nicer and or more helpful. This flat used to be his home, and it showed in all the comforts he provided. Due to being insulated and facing east, even without supplemental heat, the flat was gloriously warm at all times. we never needed to boost the heat with the aircon and even needed to cool down the bedroom at night! The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to cook in, which was helpful as most of the restaurants nearby were closed for the winter. The bathroom was large and well lit, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. We loved the location--it was a great base to explore eastern Crete and were sad to leave after our week there.
Minor, minor quibble--no place to hang towels! Would have loved a small standing towel rack in the corner of the spacious bathroom.

ROThe apartment is superb, it is absolutely spectacular, both the design and the furniture. It's a spacious apartment with a sea view! The bedrooms face the pedestrian zone, perfect silence! The terrace is wide, beautiful, exactly as in the presentation. The pictures are modest compared to the reality.

LTGBApostolis, our host was exceptional and very thoughtful, nothing was too much trouble. kept in touch via messaging to ensure all our needs were met, even caught up with us at a Zorba's restaurant, whilst out socially himself. Apostolis is a well respected member of the community within Ierápetra and quickly makes you feel like a local. He offered excellent recommendations on resurants and places to visit. A text message was occasionally followed by a box of Cretan treats left our door for breakfast.
Transfer from airport needs consideration when planning but well worth it when arrive in Ierápetra
