The location is perfect and the view from the balcony right onto the rocks and sea below is beautiful. On a lower level so very cool and the breeze is lovely. We liked the blackout curtain and the shutters for privacy and being able to eat on the balcony is a bonus. Air-con was appreciated. Beautiful clean towels and linen and the bathroom is adequate size and features very modern tiling.

No parking on the property - there is parking on the road opposite on the bend but it is dangerous when you consider how some people in Greece drive - very badly!!! No plug to do dishes in kitchen sink. Hardly any area on the kitchen bench to prepare meals. No chopping board to prepare meals. Internet was really bad and TV reception very sketchy - internet and TV dropped out many times. The bed is very low to the floor and the mattress is not very good quality - a very hard bed and no spare pillows. Poor lighting directly over kitchen area. The stove was functional but took up a lot of the bench space making meal prep a bit of a chore.

Breakfast Not included but we had a Kitchenette and breakfast on the large balcony with a wonderful view and sunbeds. A very relaxing Holiday with the Beach just beside.

Lovely family run property.

Clean, GREAT location, amazing views, wonderful hosts. Next to the beach and restaurants. Could not have asked for more.

I can't even nitpick. There was literally nothing to complain about.

The property is precisely on the cliffs in front of the sea. The massive patio with the sunbeds and the large umbrella was a must. The size of the room and the location (two minutes walk from the best sand beach in Mesachti), is a big plus.

The mattress could be better and the size of the TV according to the size of the room. There was no air conditioning but a big fan instead.

The location with a spacious terrass above waves crashing on the rocks. A spacious 2 room apartment with excellent facilities esp. the kitchen and bathroom bigger than usual. It is on the main road so it was an advantage to be able to close the door at the front at night Sofia is very helpful and kind.

Nothing really. It would have been helpful if Booking.com described the location of advertised accomodation more accurately as the whole area is called Armenistis. This is a 20 min walk from the village sharing the structure with another hotel - who would know that. when booking for both!!
