Chichester Luxury One Bed Apartment

Need better instructions to apartment from parking space

Difficult to locate the property. Instructions indicated that apartment was 250 m from parking space. The building was but it took us 20 mins to find the actual apartment. Looking at previous reviews this has been highlighted previously so it’s disappointing that the instructions are still the same.

The apartment is named ‘Luxury’ but I thought the furnishings, bedding, crockery etc were average. There’s a lot of marks, scuffs etc on the walls and it looks a bit tired.

Larger than expected and great location

A beautiful private apartment. Was on my own but would return with family. Great location. Felt like home away from home

The keys were in a safe that was easy to locate and open, Once the keys were retrieved, You used one to open the door to the building and the apartment is directly opposite

The distance from the car park to the actual building. The owners warned me the parking space was approximately 250m from the building but I hadn't realized how far that was. The building you require is not easy to find, as it is not visible from the road. The Road which runs past the flat and the area can be noisy until the early hours of the morning

The apartment was very spacious with a large living area and bedroom. It was modern, good shower and it had everything you needed. It was a short taxi ride to Chichester town centre. There was an Aldi nearby (walkable).

The parking was quite a distance from the apartment. Although there was tea and coffee, it would have been nice if there was milk in the fridge and maybe some biscuits! The traffic was a bit noisy from 6.30am with people leaving for work.

Apartment was huge, clean, great location if you have a car, well equipped, great commutation from the hosts in advance.
