"Comfortable, quite clean and I’d definitely stay again. Parking easy too."

Good location, nicely appointed, clean with all the facilities I needed.

No curtain or door between the bed and the kitchen and fridge noisy in the night. No instructions for bathroom heater, how to get on wi if or tv stuff. Also, they forgot to leave washing up drying clothes,. I overcame all those small things.

Very quiet and very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils you could need, great tv, good bathroom toiletries etc.

The bed was not well aired so was cold and felt a bit damp.

Compact clean apartment, suitable for very short stays. Streaming is good quality

No knowledge of outside lighting or location of heaters or how to operate. Kitchen heater is totally inaccessible. No extra blankets

This is a lovely studio in a quiet close, very near Kenilworth station & a short walk to the shops & restaurants of the main street. Well decorated and clean, the highlights of 12 Ebourne for me were a nice, fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine & a very comfortable bed. Pretty much everything I needed was available in the apartment. Towels, toilet rolls, shower gel, soap, tea, coffee, cleaning products. Iron & ironing board, hair dryer, etc… Great value for one or two people & good communication with the owner when I had to book extra days.

"5 day business trip"

Clean, comfortable, quiet, with all facilities I needed. A 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk into town. Much easier than staying in a hotel as the kitchen was modern and fully equipped. I couldn't work out how to adjust the heat on the shower correctly and the owner was extremely prompt in helping. Highly recommend.

"Perfect for four days, no issues, landlord were easy to contact and checked in with me on a couple of occasions."

Very well equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and bathroom.

A full length mirror would be helpful.
