Lovely, well decorated studio flat. Kitchen area and shower room very good. Parking convenient. Comfortable bed. Kenilworth town centre approx 15 minutes walk over train station footbridge then through quiet area.

Very clean and modern. kitchen has more than you need with huge fridge freezer, washing machine if you need it. Great location for train station. The radiator warmed it up sufficiently. Easy access and owner communicates very well. Complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Nice to have a good parking bay also.

wish the doors to the block shut properly and were more secure, but it was never a problem as we felt safe, just an observation, no fault of owner.

There was no breakfast. Nowhere is bad in Kenilworth but this was in one of the less attractive inconvenient parts of town.

The apartment is tiny and the furnishing is badly chosen and badly sited to make use of what little space there is. The bed is pushed into a corner so that only one side is accessible which defeats the object of a double bed. There is a small desk against the end of the bed which leaves insufficient space for the tiny sofa which was jammed sideways against the door and the desk leaving no room to sit on it. There is a large tv but nowhere to sit to watch it. The kitchen is very small but could be acceptable except that the washing machine was switched off and had no visible means to switch the power on. The end panel on the work top was loose which may have been to give access to the socket switch but I was not prepared to risk it. The bathroom is also small. My wife pointed out that there only one mirror in the whole apartment which is over the wash basin and there is no socket near enough to be used with a hair dryer The whole set up is pokey and uncomfortable.

Location was ideal for what I needed and very close to the centre of Kenilworth so easy to get to the shops and, if required, lots of restaurants etc.

It was difficult to work both the television and the central heating. There were instruction booklets but they were not helpful. A 'dummies guide' to both would have been very useful.
