The location good close to everything

Whilst the apt was modern, it had an odour particulary in bedrooms. On day 2 my wife decided to clean bed linen, striped the bed and found a yellow urine stained yellow matress protector, also the duvet was very old with blood and urine stains on it. She was sickened and disgusted and had to disinfect the matress as she as well as me had flea or bed bug bites. On departure day, today when a lady arrived to collect the keys, I pulled back the single sheet to find a disgusting yellow urine matress protector which I had been sleeping on. This is shocking, disgusting and a health and safety issue. Its totally unacceptable and we want to discuss about getting a refund. It looks like they have never been replaced which they should regularily. We have photos but would appreciate a call back. My wife has more photos but shes having difficulty sending them to my phone.8
