Fairytale 2 Bedroom Apartment City Centre Free Parking

It was lovely and clean and Emily was very accommodating she even left us some chocolate which was nice. I would recommend before going to the property getting the key first as it has a fob for the car park gate 😊

It’s very noisy outside didn’t get much sleep both nights due to it being near the “strip”. We had someone with a car horn battle for an hour at 6am and other day a man signing and shouting at the top of his lungs at 5 am as well as a car parked outside at 6am the same morning with its music blasting. These I know we can’t help but very noisy. IE your in student quarters

The location was in the city center. It is 4 minutes walk from New Street train station. The host is very cooperative and understanding. they can be connected by phone /Whatsapp at any time if needed. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable- ideal for a family of 4 (additional one person may be accommodated). Key collection was very easy from a nearby location (1 minute walk from the property) for which direction was clearly provided by the host. many restaurants and supermarkets are in walking distance. I loved the property and will certainly stay there again if I visit Birmingham.

There is nothing one can dislike. Everything was perfect.

Property was comfy, very homely and had everything we needed

-Location was fantastic for exploring - shops very close - building blocks for a child were available and much appreciated - kitchen had everything needed - nice welcome pack of sweets

Elevator not working at times (4th floor with buggy and small children). Doorbell was rang at 1am 3 times, could be good if there was an option to silence it.
