Luxury studio apartment near Birmingham citycentre

great location all I needed

I think it could have been cleaner carpet badly marked needs redecorating pillows are well past their best

The room was great

The owner is extremely rude!!!!! If theres an issue with the property do not give him advice so he can fix it because all he will do is come to the property to get rude. And also even if u are late a minute on checkout he gets cocky!

location is good and smart TV’s the reason I selected this property so that was good

The coffee pot had lumpy and old coffee in there mixed with sugar not good, the floor wasn’t vacuumed and the bedsheets smelt used and we’re not fresh I was disappointed at the state of the place, not like the pictures which depict a clean space. there was rubbish behind the bedside table which I found as I was looking for a plug socket and the neighbours were making a lot of noise (arguing or something) another downside although not at the fault of the landlord was that there’s terrible signal I struggled to book Uber’s at the property. if you want a smart TV and somewhere close to the city to relax and sleep then this is an ok place to go but for the fact that it wasn’t fresh and the bedsheets smelt like someone else’s head was disappointing and shameful.

The location

Well located property within walking distance of restaurants, pubs and shops. Provided with everything we needed, even had a washing machine. Comfortable beds, huge TV (although we did not use it). Plenty of tea and coffee.

Can be a bit tricky with the onstreet parking, although we managed.
