Great location Comfortable with everything available you could need

Great location for a couple. Close to the beach, restaurants and pubs. Loved the welcome pack - lots of goodies in a paper carrier bag - including Dorset coffee, fudge and biscuits! The bed was comfortable and the flat is well-equipped. Sitting outside in the shared patio area with a bottle of chilled fizz was pleasant after a days walking along the Coastal Path with our dog.

The bathroom is pretty bijou and the lavatory flush wasn't always reliable (needs a bit of adjustment to the handle mechanism so the diaphragm thingy can come right up and activate the flushing). The bathroom could do with a few small shelves near the basin to put toiletries on. Also a couple of chairs in the bedroom area would help. Because of the upstairs flat, it was noisy at times with little feet running around. This didn't cause us a problem because the family were delightful and the little ones went to bed early (but woke up early!), but might affect others who are looking for a very quiet get-away. Otherwise, we were very happy with the accommodation.

The off peak heating made the bedroom very warm.

Location is perfect for beach and promenade. Avoid the hills for those less able. Nice studio with all amenities

Downstairs flat. There is a larger double floored flat above. First time we cans our neighbours were considerate. This time they were noisy. Footsteps on the stairs and over our heads. You can even hear the phones receiving messages.

Bigger bed

Right in the middle of everything ! a hop, skip and jump from the sea, fishmonger and coffee ☕️
