"You will see Seagull Drama"

The building and garden were well presented (especially the garden). The location has a nice sea view. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were compact but met all but one of our needs. Ice trays were a lovely touch for the summer.

Need a coffee making tool such as a french press maybe :).

This is in a great location 50m from the Cobb in Lyme Regis yet in a quiet little street. It's very nicely furnished with good-sized rooms and a very comfortable bed.

The bathroom is cramped. There is a very noisy extractor system and a boiler that comes on in the night. There is a step from the bedroom into the kitchen that needs a grab rail.
