I'm travel with OKU, request to borrow wheel chair, turn down by hotel front desk staff. The reason given that our room is not under hotel, it's a private property. No humanity at all. OKU has to walk long way fr the car park... It's takes 45 min to reach the room. Just imagine this poor guy has to walk up n down 5 to 6 trip or more in one day n 1 trip take almost 45 min. This is the worst experienced in my hotel stayed. Parking facilities is at the back of the building, we are like strangers at this hotel. Many cockroaches in the bathroom. Basic facilities in the need to be improve. First n last staying at this facilities. Very disappointed.
