the house is very spacious and suit for big group of family. its worth for what u paid.

only the building maintenance need to approved.

Apartment were clean and spacious, a walk to pasar SITI khadijah only around 15-20minutes walking distance. If you plan to walk, can walk to a few places around Kota baru. The apartment can cater around 6-8 adult. Recommended for families especially looking for comfortable and budget accommodation.

Aircon are leaking at second n third rooms, secondary toilet water heater are not working. If plan for check out extension the cost were more expensive than the the whole day cost.

We especially appreciate that there is a water filter in the unit.The owner replied promptly, and the deposit was paid a day after. The unit was comfortable.

The water pressure is low. The bed is not comfortable. The water filter is great. The location is convenient.

The owner can consider providing the internet for customers, nowadays if without the internet it is not convenient.

The check-in process is easy. The current space is good for 8 pax as there are 4 bedrooms.

The host has given me a different unit number (when they send you the check in details) from what I have booked. I have booked unit for 10 pax , but the host gave me unit for 8 pax. Please double check with the host on what you have booked and what they gave you. It was an unbelievably unpleasant situation. - the property was poorly cared for; paint peeling off, toilets had odd yellow stains on the floor that looked like dried pee - no wifi provided (practically unheard of in 2024) - no shampoo / soap provided - the lock of the main gate wasn't secure; we didn't feel safe in the house. only one of the keys given was working for the main door - bathrooms were filthy - insufficient toilet rolls

Generally speaking, it's fine, but it would be best if the pillow can be replaced.
