MYThe apartment was comfy, spacious, and clean. Loved the cuckoo water purifier (no need to buy bottled drinking water!). The airconds/fans worked perfectly. Excellent water pressure shower head and bidet. Good wifi connection/speed. Doing our laundry was also a breeze—the drying area was always warm due to the aircond condensing units 👍
The basement parking was dusty and smelly with wet floor. Wished we could park at the higher floors. The bed in the smaller bedroom was sagging; we could not sleep comfortably in it and slept on the floor instead.
MY-communication was very prompt and clear. -self check in extremely easy with youtube video instructions. check out even much easier. -apartment meticulously clean and fully equipped. -location is perfect. near shops, cafe. 15mins walk to KB Mall. -pool on level 6 is a beautiful (smaller version of MarinaBay Singapore pool) -dedicated carpark in basement is conveniently close to elevators and secure. -huge lcd tv with free Netflix and stable wifi.
-building still very new, so some construction/repairs/finishing at the basement parking. gfan remote at hall was missing (frm previous tenants i guess), but 2 other room units available. -bath foam was finished. *do note that i am just nit picking 😉
