MYStayed here twice, cleanliness is generally above all the other units that I have tried @ Troika, and the owner is friendly and easy to talk to. He promptly addressed any issues we had and was always very acommodating. There's a hot & cold water dispenser (SK Magic), a Smart TV along with local digital tv channels (for elderly parents), and a medium sized fridge along with additional futons should you need it. Wifi is good, just remember to use 5ghz channel to avoid congestion. Parking for a single vehicle is at Level 5, you'll be using it a lot due to the abundance of new eateries that opened downstairs (McD, Coffee Bean, Starbucks ..) which is making it hard to find parking in front of the lobby 🤣
The rain shower water pressure is a little slow, but not a big deal. There is only one lift/park access card together with one handsfree door keyfob. But to be fair, all the other units/homestays I've tried @ Troika (or anywhere else except hotels really) is the same.
