The location is great, near to various restaurants—easy to find food and food delivery is available.

Interior was a bit dated. Cleanliness can be greatly improved, for the room and the bathroom. Water pressure for the shower was disappointing. The electric kettle was broken, had to look for hot water elsewhere to make baby formula for my baby.

- this studio room is suitable for money and short stay - the instructions and explanations for check in were very clear and easy - no need to meet the owner or receptionist. just take the access card and key from the mailbox - parking space is provided and safe - for room, im just comfortable sleeping on the bed and eating in the table

- only one access card is given - the AIRCOND takes a long time to cold. (3+ hours) - if I go out, i will use my bank card to replace the room access card so that the room electricity is always on. otherwise, i will be waiting a long time for the aircond to cool down again - there was a bad smell of shoes when first stepping into the room - sticky floor bcs doesnt mopping well - the corner of the floor has a lot of dust - the sink in the bathroom very slow and dirty yellow water comes out. - boring tv channels, no netflix but its okay we hv a phone right? hehehhe - room decor should be modified or improved to attract more customers.
