Good size studio with separate bedroom. Self service laundry on ground floor of building. Close to amenities. Nice view of town from balcony and windows. Complete kitchen utensils.

Bathroom located in bedroom. Kettle, rice cooker and microwave oven dirty and run down, need replacement. Both aircon and ceiling fan dusty and needs cleaning. No proper bath towels provided. Very difficult and tight manuevering for parking.
