good location, pictures of hotel didn’t show the massive building at the back that was under construction or something, so ruined the view a little

Amazing location, such a quiet and nice area. Guest house was lovely and cosy, especially when we’d had the heating on for a bit. Great value for money.

Check in instructions were simple to follow and location was good

Place should be advertised correctly. It is a renovated garage and very compact. It suited our needs but it wasn't what we expected based on the booking information and photos

Clean and tidy

Took for ever to warm the room up with the electric radiator

Nice and warm once the heating was on and clever provision of kitchen facility in limited space.

There was excessive noise from neighbours having work done at their property until 12.30am -although the host asked them to stop they did not do as promised so we had very limited sleep. The path down the side of the property and the garden was being worked on and was very uneven - no lighting made it and the garden a trip hazard in the dark
