The location is perfect, close to everything and quite, the accommodation is tastefully decorated and clean, and Philip was indeed a perfect host,very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location, property nicely decorated, plenty space very clean will all required amenities. Host extremely helpful and always available if required. Entrance to the building appears run down but once you open the door to apartment you enter modern world. Would certainly recommend the property and host.

Would recommend light switch placed at the exit of the unit onto the stairs as it can be risky descending stairs in the dark.

The location was excellent, within metres of many restaurants and also handy to the waterfront. The bathroom was perfect, with the best shower I’ve ever seen! The bed was very comfortable. Whilst we chose not to use it, the kitchenette had everything necessary. The owner, Philip, gave us a list of good cafes, restaurants and bars and offered any further help if required.

THIS ist what i dreamed of! If i would ever built me a new home it would have to have a room like the Balkony-Appartement. The masurment, the light, the feeling, the comfort, the space in it is just sooo fantastic! I used the kitchen and enjoyed cockin very much. Everything is simply so wonderful. The Interieur is First Class***** The spaceious bathroom is as big as a real room, love it. If i woud ever merry again this woud be my honeymoon-suite. Althoug the appartment is located in such a premium area of the town it is only 200m to the shopping streets, cafes and wonderfull restaurants. What i also enjoyed much is sitting on the balkony and watching the park and streetscenes. Another cool thing about this Appartement: Nobody can look into your window! It’s like an Castle with a park in front, direct in front of the see! PLUS: With your own little, secretly hidden, beach, swimming and dining spot 2 min away inside the fortress for your morning routine or to spend the day. And next to all that Philipp is a superb gentle and very helping and fast communicating host for everything you need or like to do! I know, it’s not the cheapest of all, but you‘ll get the best in town, - worth every cent!

Nothing! just keep in mind there are walk up stairs, but otherwise the property is exceptional!
