Spectacular Hadas Sunset and Ocean view

It has a beautiful view of the beach from the room the bed was okay but I would of loved to have had more clean sheets and extra down pillows for comfort. The outside facility is clean and beautiful but has many stairs, I think that it would be very helpful for a detailed map than the one shown. Give faster and less stairs options to get to the apartment because there is but not shown. Extra towels and extra toilet paper and garbage bags would be very helpful. In conclusion, it is a beautiful condo from the outside and with a beautiful view but needs more complimentary accommodations to be included for the price.

no one tells you about all the stairs!! everywhere to go to your room, the pool, the beach all over the property. the reception staff do not automatically provide a golf cart transfer to your room on arrival. guests should not have to “find out” that this is available. lugging suitcases up and down paths and stairs to buildings that are not clearly marked can be avoided by giving a lift in a cart as soon as you arrive. many inconsistencies in each suite. chatting with other guests we found out how to get drinking water- something we should have got at check in. many appliances not working or dirty. loud music from Las Hadas every Saturday night until 3 am. the gate on sea wall to go through Las Hadas to the marina restaurants gets locked at 8 pm so you can’t return to PlayaSol easily. means a long uphill walk on cobblestones along a dark road to get back to the property. locking the gate affects the restaurants negatively and guests staying in the condos.

it had a great location, but it had way too many stairs. I couldn’t even get to my room. There was too many.

This Older property suffering due to lack of maintenance. The room was a cast off room next to an abandoned room. Very hard to access. Mattress was like a board we both had sore hips and shoulders. We had to buy toilet paper. Kitchen trash basket was a small wicker basket with one side ripped off. We had to pack our bags etc. 30 meters to very steep skinny spiral staircases. The TV had 5 whited out circles as background. Sliding door was old and worn out and was hard to open as the rolling hardware was metal scraping on metal.

Everything
