Lovely property in a nice location. Perfect for our needs in Darlington

Lovely place to stay and great Host. Chris was very helpful and which is why we have stayed with him for the past few weeks.

This is our 2nd time staying here. I'm hoping to make a return visit before Christmas, as the location is perfect for us to visit family. A very nice stay had by all of us. °Keys are kept in a lockbox next to front door, code it emailed on the day of arrival as the code is changed regularly. °Very clean and tidy property. °Things in the kitchen is easy to find. °Has a washing machine. °Bath and hand towels laid out on beds. °Has shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispenser in the bathroom. °Sofa bed in the lounge easy to set up and plenty of bedding and pillows stored inside it. °And as sofa beds go, it was pretty comfy. °Weather was wet and windy but the house was warm and cosy.

They're was nothing we didn't like.

House had everything we needed. Clean and tidy, plenty room. Parking in a drive that was secured by a wooden 6ft fence which was great. Would definately recommend

The area not necessarily the best place but that's not a reflection on the house itself. Having said that it was very central just a 5 min walk to train station, so dont let the look of the surrounding area put you off.

Comfortable beds, good shower, easy access & washing machine.

Dirty oven and hob, stained sofa and no way of drying laundry on a wet day.

Easy location to your needs

Could off done with a couple of small TVs in the bedrooms, everyone’s preference! Some black out blind in the bedroom would off been nice as it was light very early and so was the bedrooms due to this
