Las camas, muy cómodas, todos muy limpio y ordenada, sin malos olores ni nada… Este alojamiento me encantó, excelente ubicación

Esta muy bien, la ubicación y comodidad

La cisterna del WC de la habitación de matrimonio no paraba de salir agua. Al cerrar la llave de paso, ésta estaba rota, tuve que quitar la tapa para poder manejar el vaciado del agua desde dentro, porque como no lo colocaras bien no te dejaba dormir x la noche con el ruido del agua cayendo. Y la nevera no enfriaba ni congelaba, con lo cual se me echó a perder la comida que precisaba de frío y congelación. Se le avisó a los responsables, me dijeron que mandaban al de servicio técnico y que si le daba autorización para entrar y arreglarlo, por allí no fue nadie.

Muy buen lugar para quedarse con la familia

La estancia muy buena , la casa muy limpia y amplia . Muy importante para mí el tema de aparcar siempre había aparcamiento en la zona .

It’s a solid place to stay for a longer period you have a well equipped kitchen which is great if you like cooking, you have a small balcony, high speed reliable internet and enough space for moving around. Washing room also fully available.

It’s a bit run down, cracks in walls and thing coming off, equipment and furniture is very basic but does the job, nothing luxurious. Check-in was very painful after a long day of travel, needed to reach someone via the phone to buzz the door open, in the apartment there was no key for the main entrance even though they told us several times there would be one. They found a solution for the next day to prepare us a mobile buzzer via a link, which we relied on. One day the fuse went off while we were gone hiking the whole day, came home exhausted at 10pm and the buzzer didn’t work. Luckily someone came within 30 min to bring us physical keys to get inside. Also during the last 10 days of our stay water went off twice but also came back after an hour. It’s a solid apartment if you’re staying longer but also able to accept a couple hiccups. Also they charge you an extra 15€ per person not included in the booking despite the initial rent being super high and you having 3 equipped rooms available.

3 bedroom flat with beautiful views to Teide and the ocean, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen with a dishwasher. It is very comfortable for families or larger groups. Staff is very friendly and reacts very quickly to all the messages. Friendly neighbors and nice, residential area, about 15 min walking to the historic center.

The flat needs a bit more maintenance (one picture felt down from the wall to our heads, just when we were sleeping…) and cleaning (e.g. windows, glass screen in the shower). It would be nice to provide it with some basic stuff, like few dishwashers tablets, dish soap, kitchen paper, toilet paper (one roll is not enough for one-week stay:).
