Sea View Apartment in El Médano with pool & private parking space

Apartment is great! Lot of space, clean, great location next to the beach. Some restaurants 2 minutes away. Place is equipped very well. It has two tarraces - one on the roof, private with sunbeds. One at the livingroom - with the dinner table. There’s a pool with sunbeds, playground and tennis court. Hosts are friendly and helpful. It was extraordinary experience.

The overall atmosphere of the apartment was great, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. It felt like a home for our 15-night stay. Everything worked, the apartment was fully equipped, and we received support from the host if something wasn't unclear or if we needed to address some minor imperfections during our stay.

We experienced some areas that could be improved, such as fixing the main doors, which were scratching the floor and sounded terrible, or fixing the toilet seat so it fits properly. Some low-quality furniture, such as the dining bar, which was quite shaky, or the bed mattress could be slightly better.

We had a wonderful week at this apartment! It. The location was perfect, with the beach just a short walk away – definitely the biggest highlight for us. The complex also had a great pool, which we enjoyed every day. The apartment was well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. It’s also just a short distance to the city center, where we found plenty of great restaurants and a large supermarket nearby.

Limited supply of toilet paper

Great location, close to town and a great beach. Excellent bar right next door which was great for breakfast and an excellent pizza/pasta restaurant next door to that. Huge balcony and roof terrace with sea and Mountain View’s. Spacious apartment, very comfy bed!

A few more towels would have been helpful, only 2 hand and 2 bath for a week (although there was a washing machine). The garage space was great but our unexpectedly large hire car made it a tight squeeze!

Two nice balconies, nice swimming pool. The property is around 800m from the town. A pizza place and a restaurant around the corner.

The bedroom was too hot and no aircon but I believe this was due to unusual hot weather

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was spacious, clean and in a great location. the pool was lovely and very quiet and relaxing with plenty of beds. music tower was a great addition, all facilities are good. shower nice and powerful. balcony with dining table and roof terrace were great features but due to strong winds we only used the last 2 days.

the only negative of this apartment for us personally was the size of the bed which is not the properties fault. my husband is 6 ft 3 and in hindsight I should’ve asked what size the bed was, it was too small for us and we had broken sleep every night. this is the only reason I wouldn’t personally rebook.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. In order to get into the apartment we received a door code and we got help by a contact person via WhatsApp, who was helpful.

Unfortunately, the window of our bedroom was broken so it was not possible to close it. Therefore the nights were very loud due to the noise of outside. We message our contact person and she promised to solve the problem, but by the time our vacation ends nothing happened. After that, we requested several times a price reduction, but until now we did not receive any reply. We understand that it's always possible that something is broken or not working in the apartment and we also understand, that sometimes it's not possible to find someone immediately to fix the problem, but at least the owner should reply to our request and not just ignore it. That was very disappointing.
